ETDP SETA invites applications for two (2) Project Administrator Positions (Salary: R430 335 per annum)
The ETDP SETA seeks to temporarily appoint two suitably qualified Project Administrators in the Gauteng Provincial office who possess the requisite skills and qualifications. The successful candidates will be based in the ETDP SETA Office in Johannesburg and will report to the Provincial Manager.
Purpose of the job:
To provide project administration support to the team, manage the project schedules, prepare action plans, gather necessary resources, and ensure the project of the ETDP SETA projects are completed within the set timelines and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes Required
- A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Administration or Office Administration or Public Administration and Management or Project Management or Office Management and Technology.
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree would be an advantage.
- A minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a project management environment in the ETD sector or public entities.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail, internet, PowerPoint) with knowledge and experience in databases and learner data management systems.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within the budget
